United Way of Elgin is creating real, lasting change here in Elgin by focusing on the building blocks of a healthy community—Education, Income, and Health. In 2008/2009 with our partner agencies, we accomplished a lot, and with your help in 2009/2010 we hope to accomplish even more toward building community, improving lives, and making every contribution count.
